• Rently strongly recommends that both Renters and Owners maintain adequate insurance coverage for rented items. Rently bears no responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to rented items.

• Owners must verify that they have legal ownership or proper authorization to rent out items listed on the Platform.

3. Use of the Platform

3.1 User Accounts:

• Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information and passwords.

3.2 Prohibited Activities:

• Users may not use the Platform for any illegal or harmful activities, including but not limited to fraud, harassment, or unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.

• Rently is not responsible for any disputes, damages, injuries, or liability arising from the use of our platform.
