Identify & Engage Potential Clients
As a Rently Success Ambassador, you’ll use tools like the Matrix Marketing database to identify and connect with rental companies, individuals, and organizations. Your goal is to proactively reach out and introduce them to the Rently platform by highlighting its unique, value-driven approach.
Explain the Value of using Rently
You’ll promote Rently’s model, which requires no upfront costs from rental businesses. Emphasize key benefits like low risk, broader customer reach, and improved efficiency. Show how Rently supports growth, and address any concerns by using real-world examples and data that highlight its value and performance.
Assist with Onboarding
You’ll guide new clients through the onboarding process by helping them set up their profiles or rental stores on Rently. You’ll ensure they understand how to list and manage their products or services effectively, empowering them to use the platform with confidence and start seeing results quickly.
Maintain Client Relationships
After onboarding, you’ll be the client’s first point of contact, offering continued support to ensure a smooth experience. It’s important to encourage regular platform use, as accounts inactive for over three months will be charged R100/month and will not generate commission for you as a Success Ambassador.
Follow Rently Guidelines
As a Rently ambassador, you must follow all company policies, NDAs, and ethical guidelines. You’re responsible for protecting client information and ensuring full compliance with privacy laws and internal protocols, maintaining professionalism and trust in every interaction with clients and partners.
